CD30 is also expressed in malignancies, including Hodgkin lymphoma (HL), anaplastic large-cell lymphoma (ALCL), immunoblastic lymphoma, multiple myeloma, adult T-cell lymphoma leukaemia, germ-cell malignancies and thyroid carcinoma (reviewed in Younes & Kadin, 2003). This evidence concerns the gene TNFRSF8 and Hodgkins lymphoma.
