As shown in Table 4, multivariate analysis of the anti-CCP-positive patients, adjusted for age, gender, disease duration, and anti-SSA and anti-SSB antibodies, confirmed the association with an increased prevalence of synovitis (prevalence OR versus anti-CCP-negative patients = 7.611, 95% confidence interval [CI] 1.475 to 74.870; P = 0.010).
