HDAC9 and primary cutaneous T-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma: Several HDAC inhibitors have proven efficacy in clinical trials (12–18) and in October 2006 the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) approved the first HDAC inhibitor ZOLINZATM (vorinostat, suberoylanilide hydroxamic acid, SAHA) for treatment of patients with cutaneous T-cell lymphomas (http://www.fda.gov/bbs/topics/NEWS/2006/NEW01484.html).
