CLSTN1 and prostate cancer: Compared to adjacent normal prostate, all 8 genes had significantly higher methylation in prostate cancer by t-test analysis (P<0.001 for NKX2-5; P<0.001 for SPOCK2; P = 0.004 for GALR2; P<0.001 for CLSTN1; P<0.001 for NSE1; P<0.001 for DPYS; P = 0.019 for FOXN4; P<0.001 for SLC16A12) (Figure 3B, 4A and Table S2).
