The second group, which was found to be potentially associated with T2DM only, consisted of up-interactions between SELE(Leu554Phe) and ITGA2(G873A), between APOB(Thr71Ile) and GNB3(C825T), between APOB(Thr71Ile) and CETP(Ile405Val), between ADRB2(Gln27Glu) and CBS(84468bp-/Ins), and between APOA4(Thr347Ser) and APOC3(C1100T). Here, GNB3 is linked to type 2 diabetes mellitus.
