Using the Cox univariate survival analysis of raw AQUA scores, we found that Bag-1 expression (nuclear, cytoplasmic and total) was associated with breast cancer-specific survival in the node-positive subset only (P = 0.006 for the total Bag-1 score), whereas Bcl-2 expression was associated with survival in the entire cohort and in the node-positive subset (P = 0.008 and P = 0.002, respectively). Here, BCL2 is linked to breast carcinoma.
