Animals 6276 and 5614 were vaccinated with DNA/FPV prime/boost vaccines and DNA vaccination only, respectively, and had detectable levels of KP9-specific CD8 T cells at infection (0.06% and 0.04% of CD8 T cells, respectively, by KP9/MHC-tetramer) that expanded to high levels after challenge (peaking at up to 42% 2 weeks after challenge, Figure 5A [25]).
