Hodgkin lymphoma (HL) and Anaplastic Large Cell Lymphoma (ALCL), are forms of malignant lymphoma defined by unique morphologic, immunophenotypic, genotypic, and clinical characteristics, but both overexpress CD30 [1,2], a 120 kDa member of the TNF/NGFR family [3]. The gene discussed is NGFR; the disease is Hodgkins lymphoma.
