IGHG3 and malaria: The maximum difference between the mean number of malaria attacks identified in children with anti-MSP-3 IgG3, and children without such a response (4.3-fold), was detected 3 y after sampling (χ2 = 11.76; p = 0.0006) and remained marked by year 4 of the study (χ2 = 9.76; p = 0.0017).
