Case–control analyses suggested inverse associations between homozygous variants of TERT and breast cancer risk at two SNP sites, TERT-1654A>G (OR 0.85, 95% CI 0.72–1.02) and TERT Ex2-659G>A (A305A) (OR 0.76, 95% CI 0.58–1.00) (Table 1). This evidence concerns the gene TERT and breast cancer.
