TP53 and juvenile Huntington disease: The most significantly over-represented pathways (p < 0.05) were angiogenesis, Wnt signaling pathway, inflammation mediated by chemokine and cytokine signaling pathway, integrin signalling pathway, PDGF signaling pathway, interleukin signaling pathway, Huntington disease, Alzheimer disease-presenilin pathway, cadherin signaling pathway, p53 pathway, TGF-beta signaling pathway, and apoptosis signaling pathway; these are shown in Figure 3.
