While some of these genes have been reported to be involved in tumorigenesis, others are still poorly described in the literature such as MS4A6A, which codes for a signal transduction protein of the MS4A family [29], FNBP3, a gene encoding another signaling protein of the Rho-related pathway [30], and IRAK2, a gene disrupted in HBV-induced hepatocellular carcinomas [31].
