Drosophila protein J-1/Parkinson protein 7 (DJ-1/PARK7), a negative regulator of PTEN tumor suppressor and a potential prognostic marker for cancer, was increased by >30-fold at 24 hours and the tumor suppressor-related protein, hyaluronate binding protein-1 (HABP-1), was increased >15 fold (Fig. 4D and Table 1) while transgelin (TAGLN2), was the most significantly down-regulated protein at >14-fold (Fig. 4D and Table 2).
