Importantly, ARA-C did not elicit a “pseudo” EWS/FLI off signature in ARA-C-responsive, EWS/FLI-negative, acute myeloblastic leukemia (AML) cell lines (Figure S2), indicating that all cells exposed to ARA-C do not nonspecifically regulate the EWS/FLI signature.
