To investigate the mechanism underlying the cervical cancer cell death, HeLa and SiHa cells were fixed at day 2 post-transduction of rAd/eGFP or rAd/dnStat3 and then subjected to immunofluorescent staining using an antibody that recognises cleaved caspase 3 or Western blot analysis using antibody that recognises cleaved PARP for apoptosis detection. Here, CASP3 is linked to cervical carcinoma.
