The results were shown as in Table 1 section A. For example, we found that CD90, CD44, CXCR4, Nestin, Musashi-1 (Msi1) and maternal embryonic leucine zipper kinase (MELK) mRNA expression on CD133 positive cancer stem cells derived from No. 66 increased an average of 15.6, 5.7, 337.8, 21.4, 84, 1351 times, respectively, compared to the levels on autologous CD133 negative tumor cells. This evidence concerns the gene CD44 and cancer.
