NPPB and hydrops fetalis: Patients with an ED diagnosis of non-Primary HF were less likely to have a prior history of heart failure and more likely to have intermediate BNP levels (median 447.0 pg/ml in patients with a discordant ED diagnosis vs. 758.0 pg/ml in patients with a concordant ED diagnosis) than those patients with a concordant ED diagnosis of Primary HF (p = 0.006 and p = 0.024, respectively).
