IL10 and rheumatoid arthritis: The preliminary experiments determining the kinetics of IFN-γ and IL-10 production in patients with RA demonstrated an increase of IFN-γ production in the first 48 hours in HDs (24 hours: 658 ± 221 pg/ml; 48 hours: 6,195 ± 1,920 pg/ml) and a slight decrease thereafter (72 hours: 5,952 ± 3,030 pg/ml).
