Multivariate logistic regression analyses revealed that both 2R/3R and 2R/2R genotypes were not significantly associated with breast cancer risk (adjusted OR = 0.95, 95% CI = 0.70–1.29 for 2R/3R and OR = 1.13, 95% CI = 0.61–2.10 for 2R/2R, respectively), compared with the TYMS 3R/3R genotype, (Table 2).
