CYSLTR2 and chronic rhinosinusitis: Interaction of cysteinyl leukotrienes receptors (CysLT1 and CysLT2) with theirs ligand LTC4, LTD4 and LTE4 play a disease-regulating role in chronic rhinosinusitis/nasal polyposis and particularly in the aspirin intolerance syndrome which is often correlated to these diseases.
