No significant association was found in any of the 13 genes except for CYP24A1 where a 5-point frequent haplotype (rs2296241:rs17219315:rs2762942:rs2248137:rs2248359) spanning both LD blocks of CYP24A1 was associated with a diagnosis of asthma (p = 0.001), total IgE (p = 0.001), 25-OH2-D3 (p = 0.004) and 1,25-OH2-D3 serum level (p = 0.005, table 4). This evidence concerns the gene IGHE and asthma.
