This parallels previous data for WIF-1 (He et al, 2005) and DKK-1 (Gonzalez-Sancho et al, 2005), and infers that colorectal tumours should express high levels of all three classes of Wnt antagonists as a result of the β-catenin stabilising mutations normally present.
