Image analysis of these lesions in ALS cords, using the GSK antibody, showed a significant increase of CB2 compared to the dorsolateral white matter of controls (P = 0.0104), and within both the dorsal columns (P = 0.0011) and grey matter (P = 0.0059) of ALS cords (Fig 5B). Here, CNR2 is linked to amyotrophic lateral sclerosis.
