Kaplan-Meier survival analysis has shown that patients bearing tumours with high levels of angiomotin were associated with a shorter overall survival (119.9 (105.2–134.7 95% CI) months vs 136.5 (124.5–148.4, 95%CI) months for patients with low angiomotin transcript, p < 0.05) (figure 5A).
