The genes that contributes to the molecular signature of high-grade tumours are, not unexpected, related to regulation of the cell cycle, cyclin-dependent kinase 4 (cdk4); regulation of cell growth, hypothetical protein MAC30 (MAC30); and transcription, interleukin enhancer binding factor 2, 45 kDa (ILF2), formin binding protein 3 (FNBP3), and jun D proto-oncogene (JUND) (Table 2).
