The mRNA expression levels of nine antigens, CAGE, transgelin2, HDAC2, RNPC2, PSMD1, HSPCA, PSMA7, U2-associated SR140 protein and galectin 4, were upregulated in HCC, whereas those of the other five antigens, HIMAP4, H factor, C5, AAT and B factor, were downregulated. This evidence concerns the gene GIMAP4 and hepatocellular carcinoma.
