The mutational profile of the TP53 gene is different between cancers, for example, codons 157, 158, 248, 249, and 273 have been designated as TP53 mutational hotspots in lung cancer [5,6], while in breast cancer the mutational hotspots are in codons, 175, 245, 248, 249 and 273 [7]. This evidence concerns the gene TP53 and breast cancer.
