KMT2A and acute myeloid leukemia: The lower number of experiments that were available for the analysis of the difference between ALL and MLL (44 vs 52 for the analysis of the difference between ALL and AML) could have partially caused the significant drop in AUC, but this was, to a lesser extent, also true for the analysis of the difference between MLL and AML (48 patients), which did not show a drop in AUC.
