The results described in this report show that the Erb-hcAb immunoagent has a high therapeutic potential, as it fully satisfies the conditions required for a successful anticancer agent: it is a fully human immunoagent, hence presumably with a reduced or no immunogenicity; it recognises with high affinity one of the most specific tumour-associated antigens, such as ErbB2; it displays effective antibody effector functions; it is effective in inhibiting target cell growth both in vitro and in vivo. Here, ESR2 is linked to neoplasm.
