Higher levels of IFN-γ production (>100 pg ml−1) by recognition of the corresponding peptide were observed in the following cases: HSC70106–114 peptide-stimulated PBMCs from six of 10 cancer patients and two of four HD; and HSC70233–241 peptide-stimulated PBMCs from three of 10 cancer patients and zero of four HD (Figure 2A).
