Nine (29%) children had lymphopenia (mean 0.96 ± 0.26 x 109/L), and two children had elevated transaminases (ALT, AST, and GGT for the two children were 80 MU/L, 40 MU/L, 77 MU/L, and 339 MU/L, 432 MU/L, 634 MU/L, respectively). This evidence concerns the gene GPT and lymphopenia.
