We observed 2.0–6.5-fold increase in mRNA level of Ga19 in three of 20, 2.3–7.4-fold increase of Zg15 in three of 20 and 2.3- and 2.9-fold increase of Ga27 in two of nine gastric cancer specimens in comparison with matched normal tissues (when expression levels were normalised to β-actin). The gene discussed is NAA15; the disease is gastric cancer.
